Wireless phone for Skype suggestions

I'm looking at getting my in-laws a wireless handset they can Skype with (they have wifi at home). It can either be a "direct" Skype phone (ie no PC required) or work via a computer. Any suggestions for products I should look at?

Any cheap Android phone with wifi will do. If you want to do video Skype, get one with a front camera.

Example : Samsung Galaxy Pocket S5300 at Game for R999 (No front camera, though).

Sure, that will do.

Don't they have suitable phones already, most new phones have wifi and can run Skype.

Even my old & discarded Nokias could do that.
