Hi All,

So this is my first post asking for help, and I know there might be about a thousand other threads containing the info that I'm looking for. I just do not have time to search through them now, seeing as I only have about an hour to finish this quote.

Anyways, Do any of you know where I can find decent outdoor wireless repeaters, and antennas. My client is quite adamant about this, so I'll have to help him ASAP.

Also, which wireless routers would be the best for connecting the wireless to each other, at preferably 54Mbps or faster, and then is it possible to connect to wireless routers to each other VIA wireless?

Thank you very much.

Goto Scoop Distribution http://www.scoopdistribution.co.za/
Phone them 021 555 4740

Look at the Mikrotik wireless equipment, the pricing is Retail
and not dealer pricing, but gives you an idea

* Pole mounted Outdoor IP65 box to house RB112 (R223.00)
* Wireless CM9 Dual band 802.11a/b/g cards http://www.scoopdistribution.co.za/product_info.php?cPath=41&products_id=323
* Grid Antenna if used as a repeater site http://www.scoopdistribution.co.za/index.php?cPath=37
* uFL to Ntype Female R64 http://www.scoopdistribution.co.za/product_info.php?cPath=41&products_id=384
* Power over Ethernet adapter http://www.scoopdistribution.co.za/product_info.php?cPath=41&products_id=324
* Power Supply http://www.scoopdistribution.co.za/product_info.php?cPath=34&products_id=327
* LMR400 to connect from UFL to Antenna http://www.scoopdistribution.co.za/product_info.php?cPath=41&products_id=389

[BE CAREFUL IF MOUNTED NEAR 2 way radio equipment,causes
serious amount of noise in the 140-170 Mhz freq unless mod is done

Stick to the 5.8 Ghz 802.11a freq as 2.4 GhZ is seriously
congested

If you are looking at true 54Mb/s rather use Nstreme protocol within
Mikrotik but they require dedicated PC's as they are CPU intensive
and use the Intel 945 Motherboard as I friend of mine had hassles with
a clone Motherboard not sure which M/B
