Wireless router with second router

ok maybe this is impossible but surely not p2p and stuff

i have a wireless internet setup with a router i don't have access to. i have a old marconi

The problem is that Vuze tracker does not connect cause the port is blocked on the main router, (no they won't open a port for me) all i want vuze to is go green not stay on the ugly little yellow

i found out that the first router has the ports blocked for sure, and my static ip ain't so static at all. need to be able to forward ports.
