I need to buy my folks a wireless router for there Telkom ADSL 384 connection, can anyone reccomend a make and model? Thanks in advance.

I have gone off the Dlinks a bit; the issue is that they have power supplies with odd damn voltages, which makes it annoying to get a replacement if they fail.

Yes... I got a Netgear badger from the UK. Somewhere in the configuration there was a pulldown menu where I could select 'South Africa' which I assume (not actually checked) that it then only allowed me to select the wireless channels that are allowed in SA. Had to fiddle about a bit to get the ADSL settings right (since the defaults for the UK were PPPoA and Telkom use PPPoE).

Otherwise everything works just fine.

I would go for either Netgear or Billion

Do a search on Billion on the ADSL forums and see what people have to say about them.
