Everyone knows that WEP is insecure... However, not all devices support WPA / WPA2.
If you need a secure environment while supporting most devices, simply configure your AP as follows
1. Open, MAC address filters, disable forwarding
2. DHCP, local IP address. Cannot see others / intranet, typically only I/Net.
2. PPTP server that allows access to Intranet using username & password.
If you have more than 2 AP's, security is an issue and do not want to be dependent on other PPTP servers, the MikroTik option is perfect for your situation.
