Wish my MIRC worked

As far as I understand spamming it is the uncalled for advertising of products or opinions that intrude upon the general enjoyment of the site in question. I have made some salient points about BP's condition and my adsl (both which are topic). Where is the spamming please brooko?

Now that really depends on which definition of 'work' one decides to apply ;).

Despite what the friendly analogy ridden Satan tells ITWeb, I don't think WBS have managed to get their Bandwidth Management System sorted yet, so they are just shaping everything to death - much like getting to a water reservoir to discover that there is no bucket - you have to jump in if you want to drink from the well...much like when the traffic light is green and in your favour, and the speed limit says 64kBits/s but the guy towing your car is actually pulling your car along faster than that...

Why do you have reason to believe their bandwidth management is still not sorted out? :eek:

Bcos it's Russian Bandwidth Roulette until it actually does get implemented & tested properly, besides there is some other annecdotal evidence in other posts other than my own ;).
