You can't really use Ali-Express, Wish or eBay, etc. any more, everything that is not couriered gets stolen by SAPO.

Issue has been dealt with in many a thread - search and you will find

How long ago? Many a Wish arrives 4-6 months after order
Did you pay for tracking?
Did you request a refund? - Wish is fairly easy on refunds
