WISP for JHB Westrand Florida

Hi All, so our Telkom exchange has been down for 6 weeks, the entire neighborhood affected. I am thinking of moving over to Wireless option. The only group I had seen advertise in the westrand is WIRULINK but I see there are a few to choose from.
How badly are these services affected by weather? ie storm 20ks away from me?
Use will be Internet browsing, streaming (Netflix, SHOWMAX etc) and the odd game, we will also need to use it for voice or VOIP I guess.
Uncapped and nothing under 5Meg
Does anyone have any suggestions?
