I've been looking at a few, and rapidnet.co.za came highly recommended by a few friends. But I see they only offer 10Mbps. Are there any other options with higher speeds at the prices they provide it at?

There are a few, but spread out in some areas only. For Pinetown you could look at Protocol ISP. I use them, fairly happy. I'm on 10mb but they do offer faster (I think up to 50mb)
