I am looking to buy a Wisp License,
I want to start my own Wisp in a small town in the Western Cape.

Some documentation you will need with your application, the requirements have have changed slightly

• CIPC Company registration
• Clear copies of all member/shareholder and director ID documents and their residential addresses;
• The point of contact’s full contact details including telephone, fax and cell numbers, email address (I assume this will be you);
• the company’s physical and postal addresses;
• Estimated capital expenditure to establish operations (an estimate is sufficient);
• level 4 B-BBEE contributor ? See latest ruling from ICASA, requires a ISP to have 30% black ownership
• Confirmation of your intended area of operation

Wasn't this removed as a requirement?

On that note, its such a pitty we not longer get National Licenses and its all per region.
