Witcher 2 to be released shortly

Been checking out the discussion groups and they reckon CDPRojekt are going to make an announcement on March 25th

All those who cannot wait to learn more about the continued adventures of Geralt of Rivia will be happy to know that in March of this year we will hold a press conference during which we will officially present our newest production: The Witcher 2.

Some how I think it's gonna be a while before we can see the Witcher 2, folks, because they are hiring game programmers now on their website to work on the Witcher 2 project. It's been three years since the first Witcher came out, I am very doubtful that it's coming out soon. Very bad move on them.

Wow this looks fun, never played the first one, friends told me it was stupid :s

First one was awsome - although I never did finish it. I got a gamebreaking glitch near the end and ended up losing HOURS of gameplay. Couldn't be bothered to replay though the whole thing again just to finish the last hour or so of the game.

Yep 1st Witcher was great! Cant wait for this
