Withdrawal from FNB - Paypal

Hi All,

I do freelance video editing and get payment via PayPal.
I want to withdraw the money now but I'm a bit concerned about agreeing to this option below before continuing.

'I confirm that I have all the documents relating to the selected Reason for Transaction as required by the South African Reserve Bank.'

What documents are they referring to ? I don't want to withdraw any money until I have everything in order.
Can you please advise?

I believe the "Reason for Transaction" can be selected from a dropdown list when you make your withdrawal. And the relevant document is the PayPal payment notification as you received it. You'll probably want to contact FNB's Paypal division to confirm which "Reason Code" best suits your transaction.
