Yes it is possible. Just get your LTC address from the exchange you want to send the LTC to, and use that address when you withdraw from Binance.

Why?
Convert to BTC or ETH and send here. You're not getting a whole lot extra by avoiding the move to BTC / ETH.

Didn't you ask something similar?

Too much money gets eaten up in fees. Like this already:

First the credit card fee,
Then the exchange rate,
Then the withdrawal from Binance,
Then the ice3x selling fee,
Then the withdrawal from ice3x.

So if I convert to Bitcoin, then withdraw, then buy litecoin again, I will lose more.

What do you mean 'buy litecoin again'? You're just selling your LTC for BTC on binance, sending BTC to a local exchange and cashing out BTC for ZAR.

I was just trying to save you having to register on a local exchange that supports LTC. But if you already have verified accounts there then cool.

I want to keep Litecoin and sell on SA exchanges.

Overcome by severe FOMO, seeing how much Litecoin went from Sunday to yesterday...
