Wits to close again until Monday

The University of the Witwatersrand will suspend its academic programme until Monday.

Caving in to the bullies again. Why will next Monday be any different? The problem is not going to go away until the university leadership stands up to them and fullfils it's obligation towards the vast majority of students who just want to get on with their education.

Students should threaten to sue the university for breach of contract and potential loss of future income if they cannot complete their academic year. Maybe that would cause these weak spined administrators to catch a dose of reality and stop allowing a small group of radicals to impose on everyone else.

You can't keep the university open when a small but sizable amount of people want to keep it closed.
