Wlan Card

hi there, just got a new laptop with built in wlan card. was getting cheesed off with swopping 3g card and wlan card on old one as could not both fit in same hole at once. Problem now is when i open vconnect program it says unsuported wlan card and goes and disconnects built in wlan card . so to connect to my network have to close down vconnect then wlan works again.

Any ideas

In the Vodafon Mobile connect software, go to tools->options->preferences.
Click on the WLAN tab, and deselect 'Enable WLAN on this device'. Worked for me, as I had the same issues while testing 3G

You have the option of disabling the WLAN card from the Keyboard.. Keyboard shortcuts... I have a LG LS50 with mine its [fn] [f6] ... I switch my card off as I keep on picking up every WLAN network..and hate the messages telling me there are other network available.
