Well done. But now you have to wonder, maybe they were actually ignoring your emails and busy pricing the games anyway xD.

I see we're being region inhibited when buying from steam now, wonder how long it will take before we can't buy from g2a or similar sites. Maybe that guy that wanted to start the SA cd key site was on the right track.

My issue was escalated after I berated the first line support for not doing his job. I got forwarded to the escalations team and then a sales manager, who told me that pricing was available, but no-one had submitted it to Valve yet. He promised to add it in with the other regions that were getting pricing for the first time as well this week, which is what happened yesterday.

We can't be banned from buying from G2A or similar sites, because Valve would then have to create key pools for different regions, which is a lot of work to regulate and keep track of. They'll still allow keys that are globally valid to be added to our accounts, but not ones from other regions specifically.
