So I flicked on yon telly this morning and watched two of the games from the Springbok Womans sevens team...

This team is useless, who are these ladies? Their passing sucks, their fitness levels leave a lot ot be deisred and the blerrie shrieking when they mess up....

"Hang on Morty....." , I said unto myself......" Perhaps the eye candy might soften my viewing experience"

Hell no! Big Mama's and some overweight Freestate farmer's daughter....

I noticed Paul Delport on the sideline.....

What the hell is going on, who are these dames in the game?

How do we produce a world champ men's side but fail to produce an adequate competing side in the ladies...

It took two cups of coffee and an hour of self assurance to figure out that all Paul Delport needs to do is place one Caster Semenya on the wing, pass her the Ball and the rest of the team can just stand still.

People this coaching lark is not rocket science but more people management....
