They started trenching infront of my complex in this week, and I was wondering about Seacom's Wondernet. seems they have some good competitive pricing but I would like to know hows the support and services overall ?

Been with them since I got fibre about 2 .. no wait .. 3 years ago (probably more). Their website sucks - no status if there are issues - but ISP wise - they just work. Friends have had issues with tonnes of ISPs - but Wondernet just sits under the radar and gets things done.
They used to be primarily business focused a few years ago (they were called Macrolan then) - but then Wondernet formed for the FTH side.
It's month to month .. no tie in contracts - so I can't complain. The only the issues I have had - have been the actual fibre backhaul and not their fault.
So gets a thumbs up from me (and yeah I work from home and am almost always on machines overseas etc. - so them being so close to Seacom (subsidary or something) I guess helps)
