Just wondering if anyone has recommendations for someone who can repair broken/rotting wooden window frames?

Thanks!

To be fair, it will probably be better to just replace the entire frame if they're broken/rotten to any great extent.

Repairing them is a big job... just forewarning you, and I think guys with the skill to do it properly will be few and far between and expensive unfortunately.

Trust me, just replace them with aluminium, its a bit pricey but are maintenance free and they seal properly when closed, plus its easy to install burglar bars on them etc.

I bit the bullet and had all mine replaced, well worth it.

I loathe wooden frames, especially in the bathrooms. Not to mention the fact that they are prone to ants/termites.

@ToxicBunny I don't mind replacing them, when I mean repair im talking about one hinge specifically that is a problem but frame is fine.
@The_MAC Unfortunately not an option as we are part of a complex

You get "wood pattern" aluminium, is that not an option?

Ahhh if its just a panel of the window and not actually the frame, then it should be relatively simple and cheap to do.. you can probably do it yourself with some basic wood working tools.
