Woolies and FICA

Earlier this month Woolworths sent me an email requesting FICA documents because of a change in personal details. The email address they gave to send the FICA documents to was: [email protected]. On the same day I contacted them through their website to give confirmation, if this is a legitimate request and email. They never got back to me. I'm finding their customer service of late, not good so I'm not surprised.

Does anybody know if this is a legitimate email?

the domain wfs.co.za therefore seems legit, so it's probably a legit email address

You can usually submit these documents in person at the larger stores, eg Cape Town Canal Walk WFS departments.
