Woolworths bread - new recipe?

So we bought some Woolworths white hotdog buns - twice this week (once at work for lunch and just now for hotdogs) and they must be using a new recipe.

It tastes funny. Not sure how to describe it but perhaps a little bit sour...?

Anybody else notice it?

I did notice the cheese rolls looking very uninviting. The pre-packed stuff is normally quite stale anyhow.

They probably forgot the sugar which they seem to have in everything. One of the few places that has sugar in their coconut milk/cream.
