It's quite obvious they're a retail store playing at having an online presence. I ordered something on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Tuesday morning I get a missed call and a follow-up email saying there's no stock - please advise.
So I send an email.
Two hours later I get another 'out of stock email' to which I send another reply (and ask for a refund).
Those emails were sent on Tuesday morning. In addition I've sent a message from their website and also tried calling numerous times, but the line is perpetually busy and the waiting messages go from inaudible to regular volume. It's now Wednesday night without any communication from them whatsoever.
I don't mind the out-of-stock item, it's the lack of communication that's annoying. Every online store I've dealt with - local or intl. - will usually respond within the hour to emails, especially when they cannot fulfill their end of the transaction. Buying from WW Online feels like standing in a long queue in their store waiting for something to happen.
Not a big deal, just not great service.
