Woolworths order

I was sent something via Woolworths as a gift I was told it will be here from 10am-12pm and nothing has arrived yet. its now 1:25pm how can I find out how much longer it will be?

Normal ww delivery is an absolute mess can be anytime this week.

Dash works well. Normal delivery not

Please note my disclaimer.

Dash is pretty spot on WW normal delivery is a mess, 3 or 4 times midday order arrive next day or 6pm

Seems that way when I phoned they said [insert area] was notorious for poor delivery.

Dash is a dream though used it again today zero issues, think it was only the first time it was late by an hour and thats acceptable imo

Sometimes it comes a few hours later. Usually they don't miss that day.

Phoning them is useless. Once I phoned them to find out why it's late, they phoned the driver and he said he doesn't even have my package. 15 minutes later he was at my door and knew nothing about the call. Terrible communication.

We have Dash in East London, but I'm too far from the store. So I just do the normal delivery.
