100% true.

The girlies are not the reason so many people's lives are a piece of crap. Its always interesting seeing SAffers on the social media streets get worked up on culture wars instead of their own situationships. Honey, you got debt up to ear, could not afford a R10K emergency without using some form of debt and your biggest issue is pride / the LGBTQ+ community?
 
Pride and the LGB community has been hi-jacked by attention seeking loonies with body dysmorphia.

now, i know you probably dont believe what i am saying here, but just take a look at any of the threads that are related to homos, or the threads related to turnabouts - the evidence speaks for itself.
you are going to find members of one religion huffing and puffing, tying themselves in knots, and members of the other - largely absent.

while i would normally not speak on behalf of others, in this instance i am taking the liberty to speak on behalf of 3gee, kaapie, and saturnz - you are not going to find any of them going bananas and passing judgement in those threads.

i also irritate the hell out of them sometimes, but will also take a front line position to defend ppl when they are being unfairly or untruthfully accused of something.

i fully realise you are taking the piss to a large degree on this one, but unfortunately there is a largely held perception on this forum that muslims are the intolerant ones in every respect, which simply is not correct - the truth is in fact, much closer to home.

and i'm not picking on you - my comments here are more related to general observation on this forum over the last 15yrs or so.

Mybb is not a true reflection of outside world in many aspects. DA & VF+ win polls all the time on mybb. Also, legally homosexuality is punishable by death in 10+ Islamic countries. Goalpost shifting may soon follow from hamas supporters as to 'Show me one person who was put to death'

Quran writers borrowed heavily from Bible so obviously they are on same WA group but in reality, Christians have moderated over time and it is up to you to reflect if Muslims did the same.

Christianity & Islam cannot be moderated as those are rigid, evil ideologies but respective people can improve - generally by leaving their religions and just being culturally religious.

Okay, since we're talking from the heart ... I don't consider myself Islamophobic.

I've been ridiculed for mentioning being friendly with some good okes I worked with during a stint in Yemen. It was when people had hope, thinking the wars were behind them. The one guy had just become dad again, sharing pics of his wife and two yr old daughter with curly hair looking at a little bundle. I can't but help think about them with sadness. I kinda lost contact with them when the shyte hit the fan again. Maybe you can go do a holiday there since I wouldn't want to - bible or not or whatever.

There are shades of grey here, it's not everybody/nobody.

The problem is when religion is weaponsized to control people. Believe me, you will be less safe than I would in Yemen currently. Just as you would in Gaza. Saudi maybe. Ditto egypt. Syria I'd give a pass for now... To blame Israel? When Hamas & supporters planned, went outside and caused massive kak? Deja vu. With north of 80% of the Gaza population supporting them. Once again we saw religion abused. And then to consider our Wielie Walie and friends moderate after they deliberately tried stirring kak against that background? You know better. Nee man!

They often pop up in political, religious and entertainment threads sprouting hate towards anyone or anything that is different to their ideologies. Absolutely, but most of those are posters who profess to be Atheist from what I have seen.

And, if like in the US, you want to rather support Veterans for the month, I'd much rather have gay's prouncing around than anyone from diecontwillooksweetshe
 
Wait? Woolworths dont listen to their Hamas masters? This is shocking.

After all Christmas is about Santa at Woolworths and Reindeers, nothing about Christianity. Even their Easter Hot Cross buns are now Halaal approved (Yes its supposed to contain alcohol actually). Also banned

I noticed at my Woolworths there is a strict no more pork signage, so gone goes breakfast sausages etc.

And lets not even go to who Woolworths funds lately, because the Jews had a lot to say about Woolworths funding Hamas.
