When the techi was checking my line and fixed it i synced at 21-34mb so he phoned them and asked if they could try and make my download speed that since it was limited , now just have to wait and see. maybe they will consider me a trial user

LOL if I were you, I'd just keep quiet about it, now they'll definitely rectify it. In fact, if you didn't say anything, I'd think they would have rectified it in the long run though

na the techi was nyc and told them do not downgrade it, he told them to actually try and give me that speed

as i said he is speaking to the I.T guys because it will be limited on their side so as soon as i get the go ahead download till you die , il do a test atleast i hope they give me it

read above dude , o yeah , techi phoned and told me he spoke to the guys and they are trying , he will tell me toms morning whats going on i mean he is trying to give me that full 30mb+ download speed
