I received mine in about 2 days. I think it depends on the availability of individual components you have chosen.
They are a bunch of really friendly people, call them or drop them a email I am sure they will answer all your queries.

They did build for me and I think it took 10 days, reason was one of the components and testing.

Delivery of components is usually 2-3 days depending on where you located. Might take a bit longer if supplier has stock issues which i've never experienced. if they are building & testing the pc for you it's gonna take longer. You could always phone them and ask & then report back to us.
The only item not in stock was the case, with a 1-2 working day lead time.
I phoned them this morning to check on the status and they said they would investigate as to why the case was not in stock yet and let me know. I have not heard back as yet.

I got an email this morning saying the chassis is still out on order and would only arrive towards the end of this week. That would mean they would probably ship by Wednesday next week. I phoned to ask why it's taking so long and if I could choose a different chassis they have in stock, since it's been a week already. Agent said he would check with person responsible for the order. Two minutes later I got a mail saying they actually do have the chassis in stock and they will ship on Friday.
I then decided to cancel the assembly and have them ship the components so I can assemble myself.

Last update. I received goods Wednesday 20 March.
My conclusion as follows:
They do have responsive support. They do ship quickly and at a reasonable price.
If you can't wait 2 weeks - don't order the build and test option. Also it is way more rewarding/satisfying to build it on your own.
Cons: Why did they lie to me and waste 2-3 days?

It was maybe just an honest mistake. Wootware are quite consistent with their good service and helpfulness. Don't need to assume that just because something went wrong that they intentionally lied to you.

First time purchase on wootware. Wootware is on steroids. I ordered & paid for some items yesterday at 2:30pm, it was dispatched from CPT within an hour and I got delivery in Johannesburg by 9am today.
