Just wanted to give big up to these guys. I haven't used them much, 2nd time now I think.

However I was looking to get an SSD (OCZ Agility 3). They didn't have one after telling me they did have stock (supplier problem apparently), the guy (Matthew) suggested replacements or a refund.

Long story short, one suggestion was for a Patriot Pyro SSD 120GB. Which is at this point, the cheapest Sandforce 2 series SSD you can buy in SA as far as I'm aware (just R1700, that is a steal for a 3rd generation SSD!).

I was sceptical first, but Anandtech did a review and all looked well. So I got the Pyro instead of the OCZ or Corsair. Don't regret my purchase. I honestly can't tell the difference between this SSD and my OCZ Vertex 3 in my home PC. I'm not sure if they were recommending blindly but still, if they hadn't I wouldn't have known about these SSDs.

Lastly, all of this happened from about 12:30pm to 5pm on a Friday (various emails).

Crazy bastards still do work on a Friday @ 5pm :p (got the last email as I was driving from work)

Good job wootware!

Agreed, always received the best service from them. Always try to use them as much as I can for computer parts.

+1!! Wanted to make a thread myself congratulation these guys on their excellent service, but never got round to it. Honestly the best service I have received from any company, and the cheapest prices out of everyone.

I've only used them once but it was a pleasure. They people answered any questions I had on the product I wanted and it arrived within the time specified so I was happy, very cheap as well

yep, besides their service on sending items rapidly, I also had good customer support on queries about certain items.

All round excellent service to be sure, used them a number of times, and won't hesitate again. It makes a pleasant change from the norm.

So far I am very impressed by WootWare's service and their computer knowledge.

Like when my flashdrive broke, they did a full analysis on it themselves (and sent the report to me of course) and then recommended an awesome alternative, which wasn't even on their website.
