What aio was it? Out of interest. I bought a new gaming pc from them in December. The service was excellent and everything is working as it should. Would highly recommend wootware

I too am a loyal supporter of Wootware.
Anyone know if they are an authorized re-seller of Targus laptop bags? Targus warrantee (lifetime) only applicable if through an authorized reseller... From Targus I only get the Midrand distributor details... That's like Rectron so doesn't help me much.

Sent cooler back via courier at Wootware's expense. They inspected it and offered me a choice between a refund or a replacement unit, I chose the latter. I just hope I have more luck with the replacement cooler...

From what I heard even with the best reseller targus itself is unlikely to honor anything beyond obvious factory faults when it comes to bags... which means you are left to the mercies of the reseller itself.
