+1000

Ordered a CPU Cooler the Fri from Takealot warehouse in JBG, thermal paste the monday morning from Wootware in the cape and the paste beat the cooler to my house in JBG by 15min...

This thread deserves this Necroposting, since even 2 years later they are still on the ball. I ordered a full blown gaming pc from them - differed in some parts from their site, they were happy to accomodate. Had my PC the next day - packaging was nicely done as well. Their staff were friendly responsive and answered every single one of my queries regarding my choice parts.

Well done, Wootware, you've made a lurker make a post.

they even put bubble wrap in the case!

Ordered a few things Friday at 3pm. One item was out of stock. % min laters they gave me 2 other options.

Received my parts today at 4pm. Thats great service. Oh and the amoount of bubble wrap in that box is mind bogglingA

over 9000!! bought a gfx card, which just happened to be 20% off the cost price. really really wanted it, but only had cash. due to work there was no way to collect it during their opening hours. Emile, bless his heart, met up with me on a saturday afternoon after hours so I could collect it from him. Service with a smile! and a very happy customer :D

Hi guys. This is a very sad post indeed. Had to send a mail now to Wootware after my PC turned it self off.:(

Had to strip her naked only to find a Water pump stopped working and her parts overheating. I hope Wootware Can help me. Cooler is only 5 moths old.

What brand and model?

It is an amazing cooler. Quiet and it keeps a 9590 cool. too big to fit in most cases though. Don't know what happened.

It had water in it and CPU was cool. Then PC just went dead. tried everything so I thought my CPU died. replaced with my old quad core and PC booted. Then I got a CPU fan error. notice my old cpu running 80 degrees.

Shut everything down and that pump was HOT. I noticed it is not circulating anymore. Installed the FX again on my old air cooler and declocked and switched off cores. everything is working now. albeit hotter than I like.
