Word Press and Send Mail

Hi All

So as the title says I have a contact section on a word press site basically works as follow

1. User clicks Replys
2. Types in his details and message (As well as his preferred email to whom the user should reply)
3. Send

The process tested on wamp and its good

Now that works but I couldnt get it to send through

Error message on server in log file:

Error 550 Messages should have one or no to headers not 2

So basically the user receives a copy of the mail as well why can this not be processed ? Should I use cc alternatively ?

Yeah I had to use it as the client requested it, oo I like it now although I have one or 2 things I am stil changing around to suit my needs

I couldn't I created a custom developed theme similar to auto trader for the client with a management console in wp admin
