Word : Screenshot Clipping - superimpose an arrow ?

I'm trying to create a document to show people how to use the portal at work.

I can get screenshots embedded within Word (Insert, Screenshot) - but how do I add an arrow where to actually click?

I could do a normal print screen and do it in Paint - but then the size messes up if I add to Word as picture.

Any help?

paste screenshot into Powerpoint instead.

Then use SHAPES to add arrows - recolor to your liking............
