Hi Guys,
Currently trying to get my work flow better from some of my clients, so want to implement a "ticketing/task" request system for my clients where I have a set of questions pertinent to the design jobs I need to do from them. (Tired of the email request, because they always forget to complete the template) and I end up back and forth. Also feel it will help with billing, as they are retainer clients.
Do you know of any WordPress plugin that can be used for this? Or free ticketing system, which I can customize? Basically for them to log the request and me to append document to for there approval.
