Hey all
I have a work area in my office at home. It consists of a desk approximately 5 metres wide, 1m deep. There's a shelf about 1m above the desk, about 40cm deep - same width as the desk.
What would be a nice, neat, efficient way to provide even lighting to the desk below, mounted on the bottom of the shelf above? I'm thinking LED strips, but not sure where to start...

thanks!

I have a similar setup, just 2,4m x2.

I used a flurecent tube in the beginning, changed it to LED strip.

I do few different things at desk, so implimented dimmable strips, so if I work with small components it can be daylight, and working on monitors, I can dim them.

I now want to get myself multicolor strips, that I can set a mood with indirect lighting.

Everything is wired to a Raspberry Pi, so you can ask the PA to switch the lights on and of, or dim it with persentages.

Will connect the color strips as extra and control it wit PA as well.
