I see the world champs are underway in America. So far we look pretty disappointing, Simbine made the 100m final and finish 5th which was a really good effort but I don't think we will win any medals. Think our only chance may be the 4 x 100 mens relay or maybe Wayde Van Niekerk has recovered and finds form.

Watched Wayde qualify for the final this morning with a second place in the semi. Let's hope he does better in the final...
