Worth it?

Hey all just want some advice on the Logitech G35 Headphones found Here

Do you think it's worth the price? Comments? Suggestions? Sorry I just want to know that I am not throwing my money away.

Buy the sennheiser PC350's.
Awesome headphones.I had the G35's and they dont come close to the pc350's,just shop around for best price.some shops wanted over 3K for it and i paid 2K at foto cats eastrand mall.
