Worth upgrading a LGA 775?

Done, and I am over clocking the RAM to 800Mhz, the two 667's are OCZ performance ram and they should be able to handle it

Should be fine, overclocking Trancend Value Ram DDR2 800Mhz and its coping, hot as hell to the touch but I really cant care :p
