Worthy gaming rig

Just "upgraded" my celeron 2,6ghz cpu to a pentium 4 HT 3.0ghz

rig reads as follows

inno3d 8600gt 256meg

pentium 4 HT 3.0ghz cpu

2gig RAM

is this a worthy gaming rig.

just curious.

You can get a way better graphics card for cheap these days (9600GT, 8800GT). Same goes for the chip, but I figure it's because of the socket of your mobo.

was planning to core2duo but mobo cannot take chipset
