As far as i know and have searched, does not exist.
You can do what i do though and buy the game from an alone cd-key seller.
I can point you to gamersloot.net, they havent failed me yet (4 years).
Then you have a key.
Now you can go and download from their sire, or any other torrent site of your choosing, the relevant dvd-sized package and install.

Why do you want a US version?
Would it not be better to get an EU one as out times are normally the same or have 1 hour difference. Much easier to go raid etc...

If you already have "The Burning Crusade" then just upgrade your account online at Blizzards website, it is under account management. Then you can either download the extra files or have a buddy give you a copy of their files. Was what I did and it was immediate play.
EU maybe better for the time but when I played on there I got frequent DC and the queue was murder sometimes.
US is better for me cause the people I pug with are generally older players, most of the kiddies are in school during the week

I personally have no problem with the US raiding schedules, as the work i do is internet based, mostly to US clients.
That being said, My life has very much adapted to their timezone and, in fact, it would cause me more stress atm to try make the EU schedules work for me.

US version is not not sold outside of US.
Unless youre willing to shell out the $$ for shipping at some online retailer like Amazon or the likes...

Where are you based? If your in DBN I can burn the files to disc for you. Then you just upgrade online.
So far as I'm aware you can install the EU client & then just edit the realmlist.wtf file to point to the US log in server, and then purchase a US CD key from the previously mentioned gamersloot & so on.
When you install patches I think you have to point your realmlist.wtf back at the EU server, and then edit it back to play on the US server after patching, but so far as I know that's the only real hassle of running an install like this.

These guys do US versions I believe. Just email them to confirm.

Getting the "key" is not the problem since you can easily upgrade directly through blizzard's site. The problem is the software itself.
If you want a hard copy with game disc and all that check out http://more.take2.co.za/moreusa-wor...-the-lich-king-expansion-pack-b000vjtjne.html .... which uses Take2's Amazon import service.
Otherwise if you just want to get the iso's from someone, you might find someone on here or else pm me and I can drop you a line to my guild's forums and I'm sure you'll be able to grab it from one of the jhbers.
