I hereby request and authorise xxx to draw against my bank account as listed above, the amount necessary for the settlement of monthly fees due in respect of xxx.

There is no contract period and the instruction and permission herein granted is not indefinite and may be cancelled by myself by written notice to xxx before the 25th of each month.

All such withdrawls from my account by xxx shall be treated as thought they had been signed by me personally

I the undersigned "instuct" and authorise xxx to draw against my account.

more fluff...

Would anyone actually sign this ?

The bolded statement seems particularly problematic since they can withdraw what they like legally.

Am I missing something ?

What kind of company or service are you buying into?
OT: Did you copy the terms as is?

In short..No. ISP's do this alot though

As thought? "instuct"

Is that "standard" debit order wording?
