I think they're nice looking cars, the only thing is you'd probably get a bit fed up with the colour after a while, you'd wish you went for something more neutral.
Try find black/white/silver..
A friend of mine 'wheels and deals' - no pun intended with regards to cars, he can get you a clean s3 for 270k, jhb though..

I wouldnt choose the colour if I buy new, but I'd consider it 2nd hand if the price was right.
I see 100's of Orange ST's around and they dont look bad.

A friend of mine (VAG loving idiot) once bought a light yellow (think Lays Lighty Salted) S3 on an ABSA auction. I continually ripped him off about the his butter coloured "station wagon"
But if you can look past the colour and make, I would buy any colour S3. Just check that some p0eph0l did not install an amp in it - the sound system is already more that poweful enough and these after market amp installations does get messy sometimes.

i went to see this s3, and in person its a nice colour . . . But the car did have a front knock. So did not buy it. Killove pm me the details of thats s3 at R270k
