I would like to know if you would ever consider Diamatrix? Why?

Are they a good company?

They do however not have the updated 1Mb package - they only offer 384/512/4096 uncapped.
Their 384/4Mb prices are normal.
They've been around for a couple of years, as web design/ hosting.

Domains have been brilliant to date for our business.

We use them as web hosting and VPS hosting. recently took out their dsl option of 50gig for R100pm. No problems except what has happened today.

The first and only problem we have is that all their servers are down which means all our servers are down and all our customers websites and emails are down. Our phones are going ballistic and there is nothing we can do about it right now. No feedback from domains about the issue either.
