WoW Addons

Hmmm can't remember. Saw it somewhere a while ago. Basically it was for a different resolution to my setup. So had to change everything. Do some googling :P
 
I like to keep my interface as default as possible, but theres a few addons I can't live without. They arent very cosmetic, just add some more functionality to the default UI.

Bagnon - All in one bag display. It can also show your bank, and inventory from other characters anytime you want.
Prat - Chat window mod.
AutoProfit - Adds a nice little button to vendors that automatically sells the your grey items in your bags.
OmniCC - Numeric display for your cooldowns, it can also show a pulse when cooldowns are done which is what I like.
 
x-perl by far, can't live without it :D
 
I've looked at a few UI's and i get dizzy just looking at all the colours!

I prefer default WoW styles with built in bars etc.

I do however enjoy the following addons:

- Cartographer
- Questhelper
- Advanced Auctioneer
- Omen (So I don't subject myself to the "You spank it, you tank it" rule)
- DamageMeters (for a good DPS monitor)
- RatingBuster to compare drops to gear I'm already wearing with all stat bonuses etc.
- Prat 3 chat mod
- Bankitems , so you can see what you have in your bank while youre on the road. It also lets you see how many of an item you have by hovering over it, be it on AH or wherever.

I hate the X-perl dynamics but I thoroughly enjoy Xloot. It just looks much better.


and finally ...

- Vanaskos ... so I can see them filthy hordies appear on my screen as well as know who of them are old Isle gankers :D

My favorite is RatingBuster, followed by the DK mod "Get over here" :p

Dude, ask anyone in my guild ... I'm such a n00b it's something silly.

I have never had a dps meter and only this weekend did i come across damagemeters. I tried recount but couldn't get it working.

Seeing as ive wiped all my addons etc, I'm starting a-fresh and will check out recount etc.


Now ... which addon installer program do you guys use? Wowmatrix or others?
 
ratingsbuster. no more paying dkp for an item, equiping it and finding your either slightly worse off or the improvement is negligable.
 
I want to get Questhelper, but I don't think I will have enough cap for it - how much cap does it use per hour? I only have 500Mb a month...
 
You should get questhelper without even thinking about it. Once you have it (small file) that's that. It only uses memory , not BW.

Also get doublewide , which makes reading quest logs easier.

Only get questhelper if you don't log out in Dalaran. There is a problem with it that stops you from logging into WoW if you have questhelper enabled.

Just get carbonite quest, doublewide and Lightheaded.
