right phoned in at 11:25 and its now 12:08 and i am still hold???? been first in line for at-least 15min now, is your support department on holiday today?

Im guessing since your internet is down you cant use the Live support system?

No, just overwhelmed by the amount of support calls they are receiving because they are shaping everyone into the ground so that Gian and co. can watch cat videos on YouTube.
