Anyone by any chance have the latest full install patch for WOW wotlk and tbc? Ver 3.2.2 I think. Can come collect via means of removable hard drive or DVD. Thanks

Yes but the last major patch 1.8GB was 3.2.2 I think. #.3 is small one.
