It's a problem with wow not the isp's. :( hope they have it sorted soon.

And you're complaining as if they ALWAYS have issues. Try play Reppelz for a bit and you'll see how great they really are. ;)

The issue is gone on my Axxess account. It's MWEB, not WoW.

It's WoW, not Mweb, you don't use the internet on loading screens :P

Just make a new char and login with that, solves the problem allmost always, then just relog to your main (If this is happening in a city, try logging in from another server to that city, or running into it with a alt)

Wrong. The client actually does sync data with the server on the loading screen.

No problem on my Web Africa account. But then again, the new server I rolled on is really quiet and perhaps that has something to do with it <shrug>.

Yes there is.

What you don't know is, that there are many more isps running their shaping the exact same way mweb does, and for that reason, multiple ISPs could be the same cause for all these posts you linked.

Fact of the matter is, in SA if you switch to another ISP the chances are good the problem goes away.

It's MWEB, my friend was raiding with us last night using mweb kept getting stuck on the load screen every time she died. The rest of us had no problems

Uh huh

Then you explain to me the DC's some members in my guild is experiencing with their fibre lines and 20mb adsl accounts? And don't tell me a 50Mb fibre line is so badly shaped that it causes dc's.

ps. I'm getting the same issues on an Afrihost account.

Because it doesn't matter what the last mile connectivity to the premises is. If there is shaping along the way from the server to the pc with WoW on, thats killing traffic thats important at that point, it will cause a problem. So doesn't matter if you have fibre or not, it can affect you.

No shaping on their connections I just confirmed now and Afrihost's R29 deal's not shaped either. Or are you saying there's shaping somewhere along the line even though it states unshaped?
