Where are the spots where a low level Mage can spend some honor points?

I know of the place in Stormwind but that seems more warrior type's of classes orientated.

Uhhh.... It should be the same as the horde Side... You can go buy lower level gear at the Entrances to the BG's
Like outside the WG entering area... or Arathi Basin Cave...
Damn... I still remember levelling to 60 and only getting my Mount at lvl 40... Old slow Grind... RoFL. My Troll priest is now 4 years old

Yeah go to the entrances to the bgs, you can get good gear for your toon for minimal honor points. Just check in your battleground que which bgs you can get into the you know their traders will have gear for you.

Warsong Gulch Quartermaster is located on the road between Crossroads and Ashenvale.

Arathi Basin Quartermaster is located in Hammerfall in the Arathi Highlands. (quite a long trek for a low-level Hordie )

Alterac Valley Quartermaster is the easiest to find as you can find the Quartermaster in the Battleground, near your faction's base.
