I dont see the problem, problerly just a small fix on WOW's side, your nvidia drivers will be doing all the work, essentially its just changing the colours around so that the glasses pick them up differnty and they arrear in 3d

I could be wrong though, proberly more involved than that but still your gfx will be doing the work.
