might as well, been looking at it but most other vendors (those who charge money) make it seem very very intimidating.
Would be interesting to know if anyone is running it but I doubt anyone will divulge their deep dark secrets....

True, a commercial alternative is OnApp. I deal closely with Rackspace so Openstack discussions are regularly on the table, thus we tend to keep this non-disclosed.

No, I meant locally within your own company. We tried it in May on new Intel Server Systems but really struggled to get virtualisation properly going. Will try again in December.

BTW - when we talked to Mirantis, their licensing is insane - comes to USD3500 per sever per year.
