I sure most people have the same problem. I'm attempting the 10 day trial thing, but I'm stuck at downloading the 2.4 patch. Is there any way, like a locally hosted server, to get this from?
 
Hi there, cant help you out locally, but you can use this list of Patch Mirrors to download without having to use the ultra slow Blizzard torrent downloader.

I find that 4fansite pretty reliable, however you are free to choose between them.

However, if you are in need of local to take advantage of 30 gig local cap, I cant help you. Good luck finding one or someone posting one here if it exists.
