WOW Problems! (New Patch??)

I'm currently strugeling to get past the ES Ragnaroc quest and need some help! Looted 3 purple's from 2 Instance OFR's, but can't seem to BIND to Black Staff (+23) even though I am at level 73! my Guild can auction the Staff for me, but then I have to Buy it all over again losing 3 gold every time!

WTF is going on, is it the new update? all my honor points are gone and my tree is all screwed up, even when I respawn at the graveyard I can't seem to rest for 35 minutes before EFT'ing and timing out (unless I visit Tirisfal Glades for some reason )

Please help me out guys!

I never leveled on the beta...had a look and decided I can't play with the amount of lag and restarts so I stopped
